This page is dedicated to the Eugene area and will have information pertaining to our schools, neighoborhoods, market, and events.  I am a dedicated person in my community and neighboring cities, and hope that you will find answers to what you may be asking yourself about what is going on locally.

Eugene is compromised of several smaller communities all of which are close to downtown and each area brings about a difference sense of living.  If you like the hills, wildlife, and trees, you may like the Southwest Hills in Eugene.  With newer upper class residential homes, they are some of the most desired homes located in the mountains, its just a drive quick down the hill and you are just outside  Downtown where the Lane County Fair, businesses, and shopping is located.

College Hill is also in the Northeast corner portion of Southwest Eugene which include small bungalo's to beautiful estate homes.  Located around the University of Oregon, home of the Ducks, there are great restaurants, the Willamette River, Walking paths, parks, and shopping.  There are several beautiful victorian homes, student housing, and rental properties.

East Eugene has its own special qualities, with more parks, wetlands, hills, and creeks.  These homes also have a view of Spencer Butte which is a prominent landmark.  With an elevation of 2055 feet, it is great place for hiking trails, or to take your family to the Spencer Butte Park located on the river with a vast variety of things to do. The homes here are residential, and some are nestled back in the woods and full of privacy and views.

Ferry Street Bridge is one of the most popular area's to live in for families or professionals.  This includes well-established homes, golfing, shopping and restaurants walking distance to everything.  You can also  walk along the river and you can walk east towards Alton Baker Park or  west and go to the Valley River Center, which have approximately 130 stores and restaurants and home of the Valley River Inn, and the newest addition of the Regal Valley River Center 15 Theater.

River Road is the thoroughfare to Junction City, Harrisburg, and other outer lying towns.  Located south of the Beltline, the housing here is more affordable and are also more well-established.  Located just west of the Willamette River, it is a great place to live.

Santa Clara is just north of the Beltline also off of River Road and is home to several local farms, and have some newer homes as well as the charm of the older homes.  This is a great place to be just "out of town" with all of the convienences of being "in town".

Bethel-Danebo is the west portion of Eugene and is growing fast.  Several newer homes that are afforable are attracting several first time home buyer's and new families to this area.  Just farther west is the Fern Ridge Reservoir, which inflows/outflows to the Long Tom River.  This is home to multiple parks and yacht clubs.

North Gilham has also seen a larger number of families moving here.  This area is located just north of the Beltine but inbetween the I-5 fwy and the Willamette river.   Several new construction communities, all are close to shopping and restaurants.
