This page is dedicated to the Springfield area and will have information pertaining to our schools, neighoborhoods, market, and events.  I am a dedicated person in my community and hope that you will find answers to what you may be asking yourself about what is going on locally.

Springfield is one of the largest neighborhoods in town.  You can find the Willamette river, hills, parks, meadows, and more.  Springfield is also very diverse in its communities, shopping, and more.  You can find senior centers / living, schools, businesses, restaurants, and more including the Washburn Historical District.  Springfield Museum, Library, downtown businesses, and more are located here in Springfield.

Glenwood lies inbetween both the Willamette River and Eugene, and has previously been managed by both Eugene and Springfield.  However recently, a measure has been passed to give Glenwood to Springfield where a new renewal plan is in the works.  Here you can find great food / fun on the river at places like Roaring Rapids Pizza / Miniture Golf.

West Centennial is a smaller neighborhood with a lot of punch!  It lies along the Eugene / Springfield border making this area high in demand.  Its also located minutes from the University of Oregon's Autzen Stadium, Science Factory, and Alton Baker Park.

Hayden Bridge is a great place to be if you want views of the Coburg Hills.  This up and coming neighborhood offers quality built homes, with shopping and schools near by.  Located near the new Riverbend Hospital which lies on the McKenzie River just off of the I-5 freeway, and is also close to the Gateway shopping mall, and lined with restaruants full of different choices.

Camp Creek / Marcola is just north of the 126 east of the McKenzie River filled with streams, grassland, forest, and orchards.  This area is very quiet and serene, full of large acreage homes and farms with beautiful Cascade Mountains to the east.

Thurston is located at the far eastern edge of Springfield, and this neighborhood offers the benefits of living close in town but with the country charm you may be looking for. You can find Willamalane's Splash, indoor swimming center here, along with the McKenzie River, shopping, food, and more.  The new Thurston Elementary School is opening in the 2009/2010 school year.  Including in Thurston is the Thurston Hills, which have upper end class homes that have all of the elegance and upgrades you can imagine or ever want.

Farther east you will find communites such as Cedar Flats, Deerhorn, Walterville, Leaburg, Blue River and more.  You can go for a beautiful country drive alonside the McKenzie River, float down the river or go south to several lakes around the outskirts of town by going to such neighborhoods as Jasper, Lowell, Fall Creek, Pleasant Hills, Dexter, Cottage Grove, Creswell and several more.
